        Rick Cowell is the worst. He won the project by underbidding the project. Found out after the fact that this is his tactic. Paid him within 5 days of all submitted bills and then he started asking for advances. Told us he comment finish the job unless he could get more money over and above our contract. Then he started delaying other trades on the job. Found out he had major legal problems and issues with the township where they stopped his work for quality and code issues. Never showed up to finish the work. After 5 months of waiting, I hired another company at additional cost to fix his work and finish the job. Buyer beware... You will get screwed by this contractor!
