I have been attending kickboxing classes at All Star for a few weeks now and I am already seeing results! It is definitely a full body workout that leaves you sore afterwards. Angel knows how to push you to do your best and is always there to help you work on your technique. Rhaisa has also been very friendly and encouraging. I would recommend kickboxing at All Star if you are looking to get in shape and improve your overall health while developing martial arts skills.

What a great place to take a kickboxing class! Rhaisa and Angel make the classes fun and really challenging, always pushing you to the next level. They are very encouraging, and I always leave feeling I've done my best and am closer to reaching my goals.
