Got my nails done on Saturday 23rd March and this is pictures of my nails on Monday 25th March. Very disappointed- will be calling them to re-do my nails . Ive never had this happen ever before.

Ive been a customer on and off for more than 10 yeats Once again made an appt for a regular manicure with Lisa the owner for Vetonica today at 330..i called ahead to ensure she would be on time.. oh its so busy sorry!! Come another time..
Enough!!
Can anyone recommend a nail salon who is reliable and does a great regular manicure.
Go to Paradise Nails for a pedicure..Amazing..

My daughter and I go to this really nice salon now for over ten years. Have never had an issues. They always try and accommodate even when they are busy. Lisa the owner is a lovely person and she will stand by her customers to ensure they are happy with what ever services they are having done. They are extremely clean and kept the salon spotless. I would highly recommend all of their services. Ive gotten more than 5 spa pedicure from this salon. Today they were busy and the person in charge stepped in to do the pedi and it was wasnt a relaxing experience at all. Also when we sat down the bowl already had soap in it. I was told it has just been cleaned but Ive never seen bubbles in the bowl before the pedicure even begins. She had me soaking until she realized she was going to have to do the pedicure herself. Then everything was rushed. My heels were scrubbed in a matter of minutes. I paid for the spa pedicure for extra time they are supposed to take. She didnt know the order of what came first in the pedi. The blue scrub wasnt washed off fully so my coconut oil was a mix of salt and oil being rubbed in to my skin with force. The timer wasnt used so I didnt even get a proper massage. Whats the extra $20 for????
If this was a $30 pedicure I wouldnt have had much of an expectation but for $50 I was expecting the same experience as all the other times. I would have come back when one of the nails tech was available. Not sure if I will send the $20 again for this experience.
