We filled out the form to book a stay on the Chimera website, which included providing our credit card information. After we entered that information they reached out to us to enter it again with a different arrival date. They then called us and said there was a 'system security issue' that prevented them from processing our stay and needed to work though the internal hiccup to process the request. I said no problem, as long as they were sure we had the reservation. They confirmed it was ours and it would process soon. Now three weeks later, I've tried to call, left messages, emailed them, contacted them of Facebook, on their website, through VRBO (where the same room we expected to book is listed for more) and can not get any response- not even an acknowledgement that I'm trying to reach them. Be forewarned. They now have my credit card information and seem to have vanished from communication. Don't make the same mistake we did!
