The absolute worst experience of my life. I kept providing proof that the liens on my father's property had been satisfied and constantly Judy kept withholding my funds. When I asked her how long the escrow process would take she told me, "as long as it takes". Ultimately I had to threaten to contact the Attorney General's office. My experience with everyone else in the office was outstanding. If you go into the office and Judy comes out...RUN!!!!

Like everyone else I agree this company is terrible! I wish I could give them zero stars! I've been contacting Anthony Berg on numerous occasions trying to get my money out of escrow. Nobody wants to do their job! I've sent them proof from the water company that the bill has been paid and still nothing! They keep asking me to contact the water company and get the bill! Hello! Is anyone home? I can't ask the water company for a bill of another customer. It's your job! I contacted someone from the water company to verify that the bill was in the new owner's name and there was a zero balance. The water company confirmed this information and I sent this information to Anthony and I have yet to received my money! Golden Title it's not your money it's mine!!!!!!! Please send it to me!!!!
