I'm not sure how it could have gotten this many positive views, I am assuming the owners had their friends and family write them. I have never had a more negative experience at a restaurant in my entire life. When I got there I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my order for pickup that should have been ready. When I got home I looked in the bag and noticed that they gave me the wrong order. I live over 30 minutes away and called and told them politely that they made an error. The manager hung up on me twice and told me that if I "didn't like the food, don't come here". I called back a third time and talked to the owner. She was extremely rude and refused to compensate us for our order, time, and frustration. She merely told me that she would switch the order. We explained how much it would cost in gas to get there, that our food was cold, and we were tired from a long day of work. She replied that we lucky that she would change the order at all and give us our rice necessary to eat the other food that was ordered. We ended up just eating what was in the bag which was meant to be eaten with rice. The food was bland and poor quality.
Please don't give your money to a business with such dishonest and rude management with no consideration for the customers needs when they make a wrong.

The thai is pretty good here. They are a little selfish on the proteins in the dishes but the flavors are there. Worth a try especially because the price is right.

Yum.
Thai Taste is closed, so I moved here. Umpasri is my new spot. I eat Thai food about twice a week and I know good Thai when I taste it. This is good Thai. Highly recommend the red curry, pad gra pow, pad thai, thai basil, fried banana dessert. DO NO LEAVE WITHOUT THE CHICKEN RED CURRY (medium spicy). So good. And BYO!

Hello, the detail of the review posted by a TripAdvisor Member on the Feb 13 2008 is not right.....(she or he might have previous info or bad experience from the prevouis restaurant(Taan Kitchen)
Bangkok Cuisine has just been opened since Sep 25, 2009 with originally real thai food. you all welcome. Highly reccommend!!!
