I read numerous reviews from customers who were disappointed. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I received a defective ultrasound unit. I called customer service and spoke to Lucy who was not only courteous, but professional and handled my problem by pulling up my order and sending out a replacement immediately. I received the new unit within a few days and it works great. Thank you LG and Lucy for a wonderful customer service experience.

I have only order ultrasound units, not TENS, however, I love LG med supply. I was super shocked to see the bad reviews. When my mom's ultrasound unit stopped working after a year they replaced it for free (other than shipping). I have been very happy with their products and service!

Chronic Pain Sufferers, BEWARE. LG Med Supply WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN WITHOUT STEEP RETURN FINES AND PAYING TOP DOLLAR FOR YOUR OWN RETURN POSTAGE. They are rude and will give you the RUN AROUND FOREVER. After innumerable phone calls, emails and being passed back and forth, only to find out that they are planning to "allow" me to return it with a steep restocking fee if I am willing to pay the $20 for postage. Here's the story, if you're not already convinced: After spending hundreds of dollars with LG Med Supply, I Ordered the DEEP PENETRATING LIGHT Revive XL Therapy for Pain Relief, which is a infrared handheld light. Paid over $200 for it. Realized right away it did nothing, and I have a lot of experience with red light therapy. Nothing lights up but four white lights, the red do not light up. Fair enough, although the photo on their webpage shows otherwise. It claims to: Offers medical-grade technology based on NASA® study specifications 40% larger treatment head for enhanced treatment Contains (4) 660nm red spectrum LEDs and (68) 880nm infrared LEDs Designed for full body use A non-invasive, all natural treatment LED’s designed to last many years with normal use Does not generate harmful heat or skin damaging UV light rays It claims to help with: Pain reduction Increased circulation Relief of joint aches and pain Relief from arthritis pain and stiffness Relaxation of muscles and spasms Healing of bruises Reduction of inflammation and swelling I have used red light therapy for the past 6 years of pain due to herniated discs in the neck, scar tissue, radiating pain and ribcage adhesions, all from one car accident. Like most chronic pain sufferers, I will happily pay a lot for a little relief. This unit does nothing. LG Med Supply has lost a customer who would have continued to spend thousands of dollars a year with them. I'd advise locating items on their site and ordering directly from the manufacturer. They are much more workable and polite.
