Jermaine went over and above the call of duty!! I had a particularly hard to reach repair and he didn't quit until he got the job done. Mike is very pleasant to work with and get things going. They will be my go to HVAC from now on!

Therm Ayre is top notch. The technician was punctual, courteous, professional and exceeded expectations (as usual). I called and they responded right away. Less than an hour and our heat was back on and running. Beyond pleased and will definitely continue to use them for future services.

We highly recommend Therm Ayre Co. to anyone looking for responsive, professional, and quality HVAC specialists. After calling last night regarding an issue we just noticed; Mike reached out and scheduled Jermaine to come out today. Jermaine identified and corrected the issue quickly. While he was here, he completed our bi-annual maintenance(it was not scheduled when we called). All of this was done with no additional weekend or emergency fee! Jermaine is extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and why, and was very clean and respectful of our home. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
