I went in for a UTI. They sent urine for a sample and forgot to call me to tell me my strain of bacteria was drug resistant. Then, after calling twice, they forgot to send my perscriptions in to the pharmacy. It was an experience id rather not go through again.

Fabulous experience! I took my 6 year old daughter here because the pediatrician's office with Saturday hours is 45 minutes away and clearly she was not up for the drive. From the moment we walked in I noticed how everything was really clean, and the people there were very kind and compassionate towards her as she obviously didn't feel well. We were taken back to the exam room within 5 minutes. The nurse and the Doctor both listened to what I had to say, I mean REALLY listened, and they treated my daughter quickly and gently. Turns out she had Strep throat, so the script was sent to the CVS right down the road and pretty much ready by the time we got there. I think we were back home within 45 minutes from start to finish! I love the pediatrician and would prefer to take my daughter where they have her medical history and know us . . . HOWEVER . . .after this wonderful experience I would totally go here again for myself and recommend it to any of my family members who want to be seen quickly.
