I think I've been doing business with these guys for close to 10 years now and they've always been easy to deal with. Nick Nocito and the others have always been easy to contact with questions/issues and responsive when I've asked for various reports when evaluating my marketing efforts.

Complete invasion of privacy. You get a speeding ticket and then the following week get dozens of unsolicited marketing letters from layers because companies like innovative attorney marketing sells your data to attorneys across the state. Complete invasion of your privacy and frankly it is harassment. Why am I not surprised that in this country your local clerks office will sell data to scummy companies like this to make a buck. Disgusting.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are bad news! They are not really legal marketers. IAM is a division of Transunion and they outsource their digital "legal" marketing to Winsite Digital. You will be told to send your monthly payment to another division of one of these entities called "Driver's History Information Sales." They were not even able to properly connect my website "contacts form" with my email address and so for the 6-weeks I was with them, I got no contacts. Until they sent me a list they had themselves with all the contacts going back weeks. I missed out on 20 or 30 possible contacts/leads. When they transferred my information to my new company, my new company said the "contacts" issue was so messed up it couldn't even be fixed, it had to be totally redone. It will take my new company 20 to 25 hours to fix. Stay away from IAM, Transunion and especially Winsite Digital if you don't want to throw your money away.
