        Called and asked before leaving my house if they were available for a gel fill. They told me yes. I drive all the way there in the pouring rain only to be interrogated on why my nails were uneven, whether I lived in the town, then eventually asked if I could come back another day. I have zero plans to ever return and hope Jennes takes a moment to consider the basics of customer service.

        Nails were done quickly and well. The environment was nice, clean, and cozy. The ladies working on our nails were very helpful in picking out colors that complimented our skin tone. Overall great first experience and will definitely be coming back again.

        Good service but poor quality of the product used. Got regular manicure yesterday and its all coming off today. Didnt even survive a day! Disappointed!
