Predatory pricing practices. We continued to face charges on our credit card despite clearly informing them that we were relocating to where they don't have a branch. They refuse to refund us on service that could not be used. This is what they did to someone who has been a customer for over a decade. Either they genuinely lack a moral fiber, or they are totally naive on how to retain customers.

Do not ever go here. Insanely unprofessional and shady. I went for my first time and they apparently give a discounted price for first timers but did not make me aware of that. The next time I came I assumed I would be paying the same price I paid last time - since I was receiving the same service. But was charged 50 dollars more for their normal price not knowing I was discounted the first go around. Then it gets even worse. As I was getting a facial, the lady working (who was super nice) mentioned I had some small blackheads on my nose that she could fix with her diamond exfoliator (also being a guy who doesnt know what that is) and not mentioning AT ALL that it was an additional charge, let alone 160 DOLLARS more. When I received the total when going to pay i immediately questioned the charge since it was about 200 dollars more than I expected. The lady who did my facial apologized and explained she was sorry for not communicating but there was nothing she could do to change it. They told me to contact the manager. I later that day emailed her and its been almost two weeks now with zero response. Pretty insane , go anywhere but here its the Arbys of massage chains.
