From the moment I called Orange Carpet and spoke to Lisa (extremely knowledgeable and sweet) to the completion of the job was an absolute pleasure. Lisa called and scheduled the work and Faber and Fernando showed up and completed the job exactly as promised! The job they did was impeccable and they were even sweet to my little yapping dogs. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you for a job well done!

Great work, guys were in and out in one day, carpet for 3 bedrooms one stairway and a den. Lisa from the showroom was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Will recommend and use them myself again.

Terrible installation of kitchen floor. Hostile owner who denies problems and starts fights with the customer. Her name is White something but her heart is BLACK. Her installer is as bad as she is and lies about the poor job he did. Our experience with the Ledgewood store was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door, Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I thought it was too good to be true that our carpet came in and we had the installation date all set. The installer, Joel was at our house on the date and time Lisa told us he would be. He was very professional and did a beautiful job. Thank you Lisa and Joel! We love our carpet and will definitely return to your store for any future projects.
