Jessie and Chris are godsend and impressive. If anyone thinks that they can come to your house in 15 minutes from your call is ignorant. If they could, that means they have no customers and should be avoided. Jessie and Chris give me the next available appointment and are are always respectful and professional. Steve and his crew were great to work with throughout the entire process. We did our homework and researched many different companies for our installation. Underground sprinkler co was able to provide us with a tailored system and professionalism by also out pricing their competitors. In total we met with 5 different companies and Steve by far was the most responsive when we had questions and an overall straight shooter (not trying to sell us on things we didn’t necessarily need). I would highly recommend. The one minor setback was at the end of installation, someone was not available that day to go over the timer and phone app with us. However, we were told a tech would be out later this week to review. Overall, we are very pleased so far with our choice to go with Underground Sprinkler Co.
