        I asked them to weld the chain and give me the insurance that broke but they couldn't do it, they just returned it to me with the insurance for a price that wasn't the price, it didn't turn out what I expected

        Ruined my watch links and did not follow instructions despite clearly mentioning what I wanted. Overpriced and clearly not aware of how to remove Rado watch links. Pictures speak for themselves. Wont be going back.
