        The pharmacists were really helpful and had great customer service.

        They usually only have one register open, and service is slow. If there is a problem and a line, they rarely call for another register to open, they make the people on line wait. If the cashier knows the person at the counter, they will stand and chat even when they see people on line waiting. People on the floor act bothered if you ask for help finding something. I'd like to give it no stars, but that is not an option.

        Over 10 years ago I used to work at Rite Aid there was a manager named Lawrence Holmes he was very toxic and very negative. Today they cleaned up the house and it is much better.
