My mother in law ordered our son a ps5 with some games and when fed ex delivered it they let someone living in the complex sign for it and they never finished delivering it to my mother in law. We tried asking the staff if they know of any new tenants with the name r.rise and they were told to ignore us by a woman named Susan at the front desk. So apparently Susan and the staff at village arms apartments believe it's okay to steal a child's Christmas present or just steal other tenants packages that they did not purchase. This place disgust me more and more everyday. Problem after Problem with the office.
