cockroaches, apartment is decaying and falling apart from how cheaply made it was. rent us too high for such a bad quality apartment. not enough washing machines + dryers to accommodate everyone. bikes get stolen (childrens included). anything you put out on your patio will get stolen. 0/10 apartments and staff.
2023 update: pipes under the apartment bursted, flooding the apartment. we called the maintenance workers about 6 times. Out of those 6 times we got an actual person twice, and everytime the worker came, he left 10 minutes after inspecting everything and nothing was done. We had to just wait for the water to dry. It made the apartment reek. On top of that, A/C does not work. Please, avoid this place if you can. They routinely increase the rent every year as the quality of living here decreases. Roaches are still here, black mold is covering the entire bathroom. Avoid this place like the plague

Looking for apartments took a ride to see the area nothing like the pics on the internet it looked like a giant crack house windows look horrible on every unit street is tore up and its so dirty Im terrified to see the inside other reviews say they have roaches hard pass wish I took pictures

This place is terrible. Lived here for 6 years. Everything was prefect till they changed management. (They all should be fired) Didn't have A/C for a year in a half. They never come to repair. It took the state to come in and see the condition of the apartment to tell them that they will be in violation. They tried to blame it on me like i didn't report it to them untill i showed proof that i been telling them for a year and a half. Problems (Pipes Leaking into the apartment from upstairs, A/C not working, Lights not working in bathroom, whole in wall from where they started to fix but just left it there, etc)

Do not waste you time here. Too expensive and bad service. When calling for maintenance, they never answer and takes months to get stuff fixed. The only thing that its on time is the reminder to pay rent every month.
