Yet one more positive experience at Atrium pediatrics... this time with Breanna--a nurse practitioner. She diagnosed the situation and treated my daughter right then and there in the office.

My son was seen in the Marlton office Tuesday, with flu like symptoms. The way the nurses still administer the COVID and flu tests are so outdated my 6 year old is literally traumatized. They send the swabs straight up his nose, so far it bled. (You no longer have to go this far). All tests came back negative, just for me to call yesterday and ask if the dr can call me because my son was experiencing worse symptoms. I do not drive so I asked for a tele-visit, the receptionist told me she would ask the dr but no one does tele-visits anymore. After two hours of NO ONE getting back to me I call back and the receptionist was SO RUDE and said since its close to closing time they have no appointments. Even though the dr was supposed to call me back 2 hours prior. Took my son to urgent care, came back positive for the flu, pneumonia, and an ear infection . Sometimes the flu takes a while to show up on the test, but my son was literally having a hard time breathing The doctors are NOT THOROUGH AT ALL EVERYTHING IS DISMISSED AS ALLERGIES OR IF IT GETS WORSE COME BACK. I will never be back to this office, and I suggest you dont either.
