Ms. Donna is truly one of a kind! I began working with her towards the end of my junior year of high school. I didn’t know anything about colleges or the application process at that time. I instantly felt comfortable with Ms. Donna after our first meeting. She gave me her undivided attention during every meeting and truly wanted me to succeed. She helped me decide what major was right for me, researched schools that fit my interest, was easily accessible when I had questions aside from our meetings, and much more. She is extremely patient and always up to date with all of the new rules and guidelines at the colleges. I wouldn’t have been able to do this process without her!!

Ms. Donna Baines is like the most excellent human being you could ever meet. If it were not for her, I don’t think my FAFSA, my college essay, or my college application would be done. She motivated me to get it done and she helped me through it. Ms. Baines will keep you up to date as oppose to deadlines and she will suggest more things to you. I am glad I got to meet someone like Donna because she gives off a relieved feelings for you. I TRULY RECOMMEND!!

Working with Ms. Donna Baines for assistance regarding my graduate program for Nursing was beyond superb!! Her service was excellent!! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and very professional throughout all our sessions. She provided me with additional websites/ companies that( I didn't know about) to further assist me with my financial needs. I strongly recommend any high school , undergrad, or college graduate students to contact her for any advise or assistance regarding student aide, FASF, student loans etc.
