        Quality of care has significantly dropped over the past year that Ive been here. I have been constantly going in for an appointment for a rash on my face since January, and its has not been resolved. It has been nearly 3 months of not receiving any medication and updates. Whats worse is that they have accidentally prescribe the wrong medication because they were incompetent enough to let insurance decide to do their job for them, and the medication triggered my allergies, and made the rash even worse. I have tried to reach out many times over the phone, and be very patient with them, but this kind of work ethic is absolutely unacceptable.
