        Dr. McKay is a very knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. He's very friendly and has a great bedside manor. His office staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. McKay to everyone.

        The front desk lady and the doctor is very nice and helpful and thorough in giving you a good response; although the billing department lady is extremely unprofessional. She denied to follow up with my insurance regarding my orthopedic because she said Your insurance is too complicated and I wish this doctors office never took your insurance. When I suggested her to at least call my insurance she said No, we are understaffed. If she did not work there I wouldve suggested my friends and family to come to this doctors office because the doctor is amazing. When I followed up with my insurance they said they never even sent anything in, and ive been waiting for almost a month.

        Thank you Dr. McKay for doing an amazing job on repairing my Achilles tendon. He thoroughly explained what happened to my ruptured Achilles at the time and how he repaired it through surgery.
