My husband I went to the Riverview for dinner this past weekend. I wanted a filet so bad, and we thought this restaurant would have a delicious one. Unfortunately, the steak was not good at all Very thin piece of meat, not seasoned and I really doubt that it was a filet. Looked more like a rib eye or delmonico steak. The mashed potatos were watery also. I should have sent it back as soon as I saw the steak, but was so hungry I kept the platter. The ceaser salad was delicious as were the drinks. We would probably go back for the bar menu, but wont waste my money on dinner Very disappointed with that. Our server was excellent. Parking: street parking only Nothing else available

The bartender or someone who worked in that area kept throwing bottles into a trash can which was loud and nerve wrecking. Other than that the atmosphere seem nice.

Thanks for your review. We would have been happy to substitute another item if you had raised these issues. We offer a delmonico and filet. There is street parking and four public parking lots around the venue, behind the hope firehouse, the old Bank of America on high, behind Riverview on Stacy and then a block lower. Again, it helps to know on the night, it doesn’t really help to leave bad reviews later.
