So shoprite had their cart machine hit my car with 30 carts on it. This is shop rite insurance company they called me to fix my car by telling me to get to estimates I go and get them. The insurance worker on my case her Name April Mayers was very unprofessional then I asked to speak to the supervisor she hung up on me. Then I spoke to her supervisor she cursed at me and continued the unprofessional behavior and did not understand why I was upset like wrong. My estimate was 2200 and 3200 Iâ€™m like pay me the lowest estimate so I can get my car fixed they told me my car ainâ€™t worth it
