Pretty shocked to see some people had negative experiences with the team here, personally cant say I share the same opinions. Ive been bringing my children here since they were newborns. Never had a problem, they were so great I switched over to them and now my husband goes to see them as well. I know Covid made seeing patients not as personal with their televisits but I guess its hard for many to acclimate to those changes, i find it easier. Regardless, I would recommend this team to anyone considering pediatric care, the nurses are 10/10, doctors/PAs 10/10.

Accidentally was lacking some information on my intake paperwork and a very rude lady (Karen) called me to tell me how I forgot to fill out x part instead of just asking me politely for the remaining information. Please send this employee for a few etiquette courses. Thanks,

The office staff treated me with nothing but derision, petty insults and nastiness. They ask for preferred names and genders then refuse to use them at every opportunity. When I complained about the continued treatment, they terminated provision of service, probably because I was angry at the staff member continuing to mis-name me while calling me back so I could register the complaint about the staff who make me angry. Disgraceful, AVOID this place.

I took my son here several times and the Doctors here are phenomenal! However, the office staff have messed up the insurance so many times. The website says they do walk in appointments but when you call them they'll tell you they don't. The office staff has an attitude especially Marybeth. The website also states that you can pay online but I have called to set it up three times they can't tell you what the guarantor number is to set it up. At this point, I wouldnt trust much on their website. Overall, I would not recommend.
