      Hi Tara. I’m sorry that things didn’t work out the way you were hoping for and that you’re upset enough to write me a one star review, even after we spoke in person. You brought me in 3 items for repair that totaled $70 ($25 for the repair in question). The repair you’re referencing is a thin silver beaded ring that had been repaired on 3 other separate occasions by someone else. All 3 of those other spots where the ring was repaired were still intact as is the 4th spot where I repaired it. So the ring breaks in yet a new spot and somehow it’s my fault? I offered to repair the ring again free of charge but you declined and instead told me to keep the ring because you didn’t want it anymore. I gave you a credit for your $25. Again my apologies for your dismay, but feel free to use your credit at your convenience, it’s valid for one year. Thank you.
