        Thanks to the excellent investigative work and follow up by Aaron's counterman Justin, he was able to get my refund processed for warranty parts on my HTP combi unit. His due diligence is very much appreciated. Moving forward, when my heat blows again for the fourth time on this 2017 HTP combi unit, I'll only come to Aaron for OEM parts and warranty assistance.
