Best doctor out there fixed mine my brothers and my dads Achilles! Breaks down everything from the sutures she will use to what exactly she will do in surgery! 10/10 recommend

Warning DO NOT GO HERE. They called social services on my family and LIED.
Call RWJ and don’t even waste your time.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We called to have my nephew looked at since he slipped and wanted to double check If he had any broken bones. Dr. Kimberly Tucker refused to see him because his parents weren’t present. We were very clear and didn’t lie regarding the situation before we arrived, that me, the aunt will be present with his grandmother and uncle. They told us it was ok as long as we show a valid ID which I provided.
I asked if I can call his mother and was told that was not possible. Thank you to the nurse who smerked and laughed a little who thought this was some sort of a joke.
Just a hint. When people are calling to make appointments, advise them that. You guys wasted an entire day of work for three people who are worried for a minor who slipped and just wanted to get him the help he needs as soon as possible.
Thank you for wasting our time. It is very much appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend your place to a frog.
Edit* Sept 4, 2020. Thank you so much for calling Social Services and lying to them so I can officially file a complaint to the BBB about your company for defamation, lying and stating that I refused service for my nephew. You guys stated that you were worried about him but refused to see him? Yeah it totally makes sense that I would give you my identification, his insurance and walk in with him but refuse service when I got there. Good explanation. I left your office and did not curse anyone out. I said you guys are terrible for refusing to see him and make sure he was ok and did not have broken bones. SHAME ON YOU.
Don’t worry we took him to RWJ next door and he has a cast on and for your information he did fracture his arm no thanks to you guys for finding that out. You guys are a disgrace of an office.
All we wanted to do was make sure he was treated WHICH YOU REFUSED to do and your company has the nerve to call social services and LIE ABOUT IT because I wrote a review. Well here’s an extended version. I don’t know how you people sleep at night but don’t worry, my nephew is getting the care that he needs no thanks to your no help doctor. Was it because I posted my experience that really ticked you off? Imagine our feeling when a doctor refused to treat a child.

My ankle injury is rare , Subluxation of the perineal tendons. I had been seeing Dr Monoco for 6 weeks. He recommended rest and no weight baring for weeks and stated Dr Tucker wanted the same, as they work in the same office and he spoke to her about my injuries..
After the 6 weeks, Dr Monaco recommended surgery and referred me to Dr Tucker. Dr Tucker was nice at first, asked questions and told me surgery was in the future. She then told me she would need to see the MRI CD to determine what she would do during the surgery, so I said this office has a copy of it and when I asked her to see if she can find it now, while I was seeing her, she said. “ I have other patients” .. the office lost my mri cd, so my mother in-law and I went to get a copy and brought it right back to Dr. Tucker .
Since I can’t walk , my mother in law ran in and out of Dr offices for me. Once we brought it back , Dr Tucker said my injuries were out of her expertise.
