        My review 5 months ago was in reference to Carolyn Soos. The reply from Robert Mack for my one star was confusing because I didnt even explain my review, now I will. Plainly my needs were met just compared to other insurance rates became unaffordable. Also, whenever I was helped by Carolyn Soos she almost always had a harsh tone; and an attitude in her voice. I never felt at ease while being helped by her. That is all, thanks!
