Dr Abbas is a TERRIBLE PERSON! She was covering for my doctor today. I asked to speak to her, as I’m having some trouble with my asthma, and she refused to speak to me on the phone. She told her receptionist “Dr Abbas said if you need help, you need to go to the emergency room”. UNACCEPTABLE! I’m a serious asthmatic and she’d rather me go to the ER where Covid is rampant, then have a 5 min phone call with me. You should be ASHAMED IF YOURSELF DR ABBAS.

Worst doctor ever! If you want a doctor that cares about you don't go to this office! The first time I went it took me nearly 2 weeks to get in for an appointment. Called a few times with no returned calls. Finally got an appointment and it was cancelled 10 minutes before my appointment. I was pulling into the parking lot when they canceled. Couldn't get in again for over a week. Had to got to the emergency room becasue I had an issue that needed attention right away. Which turned out to be a battle with my insurance company becasue I didn't see my primary Dr first. Had to explain to them what happened. The 2nd time I went to the Dr I got in much faster but was treated rudely at the office. My 3rd and finally time I went to this doctor I was prescribed medication that didn't work all the way. I called to explain this and was treated like I was a big inconvenience for calling with an issue. I was told the doctor would call me back. She never did and I had to call again. Then was told in so many words that they weren't going to do anything. I know my body and I know if I'm feeling something I shouldn't. Looks like I have to make another emergency trip and then have to explain it to my insurance company again. I'm changing my primary doctor today.
