The Bobs Waterproofing

I can tell he is an Honest man! Im not the best knowledge woman for foundation, pumps, etc so i have some cracks on my basement and wen it rains the water start to come inside from the cracks, for me is not normal had to be done something, call Bobs and i am so glade i did! He is very pontual ( what is a big plus for me, signal as respect in my culture), and then he told me i already have what the house needs to have a french inside, and do not need outside and explain me everything that i need to know, and even told me what actually i need to do to prevent the mud poodles i have outside the house ( my kids love it) and no charge, he told me if it does not resolved for me to call him and for 100% i will call him if continues with the puddles and i will recommend this company! If you are looking for someone honest this is your company!

Bob was a pleasure to work with, from getting the estimate to the service being performed. We got a crawlspace encapsulation with dehumidifier installation. Way less expensive than other companies and he did a very thorough job! It took 3.5 hours and he showed us pictures afterwards and gave us a piece of the vapor barrier he used so we can see how thick it is. I definitely recommend!!!

Bob came out to look at my sump pumps and sump pump pits to give me a better understanding of our ground water levels since we live so close to the Metedeconk River and I had concerns about our sump pump running a lot. He was great and very knowledgeable about our local area and gave me some educational materials as well as other solutions for the future. I feel much better since having bob come out! Highly recommended if you have questions/concerns about sumps pumps, waterproofing, or water in your basement.

The french drain was installed during high tide, therefore it did not go deep enough to offset the hydrostatic pressure - Bob, the owner admitted he underestimated the hydrostatic pressure. I have water in my basement after a $10,000 plus repair and he refuses to do anything. Do not use!
