Marcella is obviously not the person she represented herself to be in Ft Worth at SCWA. After reading this and speaking to colleagues, she does not represent our industry. We are a industry built on integrity. Selling used parts, torching clients equipment, billing for hours not worked, etc. is a disgrace to the car wash world. We would never do business with her or this company. What a terrible representation of a wonderful industry.

This business is the most poorly run one in the state. If you want to lose money, time, patience and be bullied by Marcella, go for it. Our car wash lost money because of them and their awful service and lies. Look at the reply to Mr. Parmar from Marcella. It is rude, condescending and throwing it back at him like she did to us. So unprofessional and crude and full of lies.

They will sell you used parts, install wrong parts due to lack of knowledge, and bill for extended hours when the only technician that works and knows what he is doing is a gentleman named Tom. Overall using this company has resulted in me spending more money in fixing what was done wrong, some of which is follows; TORCHING my motor/gearbox set up to get a sprocket off which resulted in me spending thousands due to ruined seals, wrong shocks on wraps, wrong phase impellers, wrong placement of tire brush retrofit resulting in decreased width of conveyor, wrong sized key ways. The lack of professionalism and knowledge lead to almost double the expected lead time.
