This is the worst law firm I had choosed to do closing of my property.Naver replied when left message for any urgent matters. Charged over $1000 for legal fees for closing of realestate low income housing, other lawers charge around $450-$600 and much batter service.

DONT WASTE A PENNY USING THEM. Absolutely appalling they have not had their license revoked yet. When closing on a home, the seller used this law firm (Specifically Barry Rosenberg) to represent them. He only spoke with my attorney ONCE within the entire home closing process (over the course of 6 months DUE TO HIM). He had his assistant, who is only a paralegal, handle the entirety of our legal closing processes from the moment our offer was accepted by the seller.Us not even being his clients (being the buyer), he cost us THOUSANDS of dollars in his unwillingness to work and get paperwork submitted and continuously missed deadlines each month forcing us to spend more money to lock in a rate that we could have had at 3.9%....to 5%. If it weren't for us calling titling company, county, township to continuously follow up, we still wouldn't have closed on our home that we've been working on trying to close since November. The seller and myself should have gotten paid for doing his job. If you want an attorney who is going to represent you and NOT neglect you during an essential time in you're life that you're paying him/her for, you should look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and money!!
