When my wife and I contracted with Jim Dob to install the tile backsplash in our kitchen we were honestly hoping for a "good" job. What we got was a "GREAT" job, one we will forever be thankful for and proud show off!
Jim is a perfectionist who isn't happy until his finished work reflects his absolute best efforts. I swear he looked at every tile and every small, custom cut piece of tile in our kitchen, moved many around repeatedly, recut or replaced those that needed it, and worked the grout with his fine trowel like an artist might.
His price was most reasonable, he left our home every bit as clean and neat as it was when he had arrived, and he was a pleasure to watch work and talk with.
