I love Aaron's Furniture. Their customer service is excellent and when I couldn't pay my payment for the month, they worked with me. I definitely recommend them to family and friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could...

If I can give them a negative 10 I would. The store management is prejudiced towards fat people in gym clothes. I live 2 blocks away so I thought they are local and I should give them a chance to earn my business since I just moved to the area and wanted a sofa and table I can pay cash for under $2,000. The first gentleman priced me the best one they had for less than $1600 but as soon as they heard I can pay them cash the second manager came in and said they can’t sell that peace as new and the table I wanted came in a box with 2 other side tables that I had to buy bringing the price well up above my $2000 range. So I said no. I still wanted to consider them so I asked about other sofas that are similar and I was showed a leather sofa by Ashley with a side chair that was told that was a required purchase with a price of $3,600 and when I said I need under $2000 range I was told of a wood haven 2 peace sectional that was $1800 something.. then I told them let me think on it and started going online to look up what these sofas sell for so I make sure the deal is right. The 3,600 one actually was sold separate and the 3 seat leather sofa brown from Ashley online was listed for $1869.99 not $3600 and a similar 3 peace sectional was $849 not the $1800 something price quoted .. the guy who tried to price gouge me left the store so I showed the prices online to the first guy I spoke to and asked further questions about recliners and thought these guys would understand their evil ways and get me the price offered online but instead the back manager came in who was also very very fat and ugly looking and said I had to fill out a application before they answer any questions .. I told him that I am not interested and told him about the price gouge attempt thinking he would come to his senses but he proceeded to kick me out the store and call me fat and ugly in the process but he and the store appears to be the biggest and fattest and ugliest of them all, I never seen any store be so unprofessional. And this is coming from a kind neighbor that originally wanted only to give them business as they were local. What a shame. Anybody going their better just watch your pockets cause it looks like they have a hard time eating at home that they have to resort to price gauging potential costumers $1000 of dollars.
