Orchid Nails

I called on Friday morning to try to schedule an appointment to get a pedicure for that day. The only technician at the location told me the only appt she had was for Saturday afternoon at 12:30, I accepted it. I also asked her if she had any cancelations on Friday to call me and I would come in then because I preferred to have them done sooner than later. I then called Saturday morning to reconfirm my appointment for 12:30 and here she gave my appointment away. I've been trying to get in to this location for over a month but apparently this technician is not interested in having my business. I will gladly take my business elsewhere

I was really excited to go here. But the one time I actually do, there's only one nail technician on hand. And ahead of me is one client who she is almost finished with. She asks what I would like done and I say just a quick manicure. She tells me she cant because she's busy tonight and tomorrow. I sat there afterwards waiting for my ride because of course I'm sharing a car today and a whole hour later only 1 other person came in and it wasn't for an appointment. They wanted a pedicure. That's what I call outright rude and unprofessional. For whatever reason unbeknownst to me, I did not meet the standards to be serviced here. Maybe she was feeling lazy, I don't know and at this point, I don't care as I will no longer consider this establishment as of one my go to places for nails. Maybe she has a better attitude in the mornings than afternoons and evenings.

The girl that did my nails not only did not engage in conversation but talked to the other tech.......not in English.... and to boot, I tipped $7 on a $30 fill and didn't even get a "Thank You" So Not Cool! I won't be back!!!!!!!

walked in at 4:30 on a saturday. it was completely empty except for one person & they said they were too busy to see me. never again!
