Bad customer service, have been trying to reorder my oxygen for over 4 days,no call backs. I will not recommend this group to anyone.

Somewhat disappointed, I called this business at approx 2:30pm, sat on hold for awhile. Since i needed a medical supply in an emergency i decided to take a ride to the store. In reviewing the website it states this business closes at 5pm, although i dont live close i knew i could make it before they closed at 5. I arrived at The Blackwood location at 3:55pm. Sign on door said closed show room closes at 4:00. As I sat in the parking lot and called the store a woman answers immediately. You didn't want the business and I also told You it was an emergency. I got your message load and clear and i also got the needed medical supply. SMH!!!!
