This urgent care facility continues to be a reliable choice based on multiple visits, including my most recent one last week. Each time, I've found the doctors, nursing and imaging staff to be not only competent but also genuinely caring. All of my doctors are with SMG so having an urgent care that can communicate directly with the rest of my care team is a big advantage.

Waiting over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Ive given up. Finding a new healthcare provider. Patient service is not a priority.

Terrible experience. Overcrowded, long wait, the front desk staff could care less about you.

They saw me promptly and took good care of me. It was very helpful that they had imaging on site so they could address my concerns and avoid the long wait times at the ER

When there with my wife to get some help on Christmas Eve, google tells me they close at 5pm when I arrived there was I letter at the door saying theyll will close at 3pm, I got there at 2pm. After walking in they told me to go to the kiosk to sign up and pay the copay, right after paying they asked me to go outside to speak to me and say that they would not be able to help us, I was there with my wife and kids, and the charge would be dismissed. The charges to my card did not get dismissed my wife did not get the service and now I trying to call to resolve and they dont want to send back the charge to my card. Terrible not going back there.
