Hired Weltman for an annual electric home evaluation. Everyone from the person who scheduled my appointment, to the dispatch person who let me know when the tech would be arriving, to Bob the tech who completed the evaluation, were courteous and professional. Bob arrived precisely at the time promised, explained how the evaluation would be conducted, put booties on to protect my floors and efficiently sent the reply to me within 30 mins of the appointment being completed. Keep up the good work Weltman!

Mike showed up promptly, and efficiently, clearly explained issues and possible solutions to my air conditioning problem. He went beyond courtesy, showing me how to change the filter and doing it for me. He clearly noted functioning aspects of the system and options for improving its performance if needed.

We have been Diamond members for many years at Weltman because all of the repair people they send are reliable, helpful, and very nice. Today Eric got here so fast I was astonishedI dont think anyone has gotten so quickly to us before. When he arrived he was very professionalas all his colleagues have beenand very kind about our over-enthusiastic pets. He quickly and expertly solved our problem, and was very kind about my smoke alarm that happened to be beeping in the house this morning due to low batteries, and offered to help. Eric got here so nice and early and was so quick that I can start my workday now on time, with one less thing to worry about! Thank you, Eric! update: Eric was here again, April 2024, and it was great to see him again. He handled everything expertly and was a huge help, as always! It was a pleasure having our air conditioner inspected by Eric today! Service: A/C system repair
