Hot Bagels, Belmar's Finest

Ordered a pork roll and cheese they gave me three skimpy pieces of pork roll with one piece of cheese not the greatest place but you got to remember it's Belmar is what it is

Overall good. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly. BUT they should update their menu. It Advertises a choice of macaroni/coleslaw comes with sandwiches yet I was told at the counter they do not and thats the old menu. They also have a little ant problem as they were all over the wall by the tables.

Ordered an egg bagel with butter through DoorDash but I didn't ask for it toasted. Now if I were in the South where they don't do bagels and love butter, I'd have understood this monstrosity I received but nope... we are in BagelLandia aka New Jersey. What was even worse though, and totally lived up to everything "Jersey" vibe, was the woman on the phone when you call there. I waited 3 mins the first call, 2 mins the 2nd and another 3 the last one for this woman to tell me, "If we are busy and you don't ask for it toasted, we don't bother to toast it." So you just told me that you guys don't care about quality when you're busy. Her tone, her attitude and everything about her was the epitome of rude, old NJ woman. What was even more disappointing is that the sweetest older gentleman dropped off menus in our office and said, "Hey! We noticed you guys have ordered a few times and we wanted to let you know we will deliver to you." I tried to call, got that Jersey devil and ordered online because of her.
