Nothing but good things to say about John and his company. We hired Happy Tears for our September wedding and his cinematographers, Chris and Jim, were outstanding. They were everywhere we looked all night long without being intrusive. They were so encouraging and made my nerves go away with their helpful suggestions and calming demeanors. They also got some OUSTANDING footage of the dance floor and first looks. 100% would use Happy Tears again.

John was awesome throughout the entire planning process. He captured our vision and day perfectly! He and Jacqueline were so great to work with the day of our wedding, and they made sure to get every shining moment. Our wedding video was pieced together beautifully and I cannot watch it enough. John and his team completely blew us away. From the very first conversation we had when we were interviewing videographers we knew John was our guy and we were blessed to have him join us in celebrating our big day this past May. Pat and I did have to postpone our initial wedding date because of Covid and obviously were incredibly stressed given that. John was not our our videographer but a friend to us during that time. Thank you for all the chats, advice, and helping but together the keepsake of a lifetime. We had a teaser, a highlight film, full ceremony film, and even got some drone footage and will be getting raw footage as well. We were completely thrilled with the outcome of the quality of the work and the price was very fair and reasonable as well. Thank you John and team for making our day one to remember (:

John Rink was fantastic from the very first phone conference until the day was finished on our special day. We first discovered Happy Tears at a bridal show and then covid happened. Even though we couldn’t meet in person, John was extremely friendly and informative during our first phone call. He made us feel comfortable, made recommendations and was a joy to talk to. When we decided to use Happy Tears, an easy decision to make, John kept in touch throughout the time as our wedding day approached. He was very professional, asking questions, and making suggestions so that he could make sure he could capture all of our special moments. When the big day arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional and very attentive to the details without being intrusive. Within a few days we received our highlights video and it was Beautiful, Amazing, Fantastic (and many other super nice descriptions)! He captured the important, personal moments, the fun moments and others that I didn’t even know had happened. The video is so beautiful that is literally brought happy tears to mine, my husband’s, and family member’s, eyes. I highly recommend using Happy Tears for your videographer. I truly wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars for John. He is passionate about his work, and it shows! He has been completely flexible with price and planning, while we have been all over the place. Words cannot express our gratitude for him. He gifted us an engagement video session and the video was FANTASTIC. Everyone that watched it cried (happy tears). My fiancé is a cancer patient, and we struggle financially, but John made sure not only to give us a beautiful package at an affordable price, but to offer other vendor suggestions. We found our wonderful photographer through him! He also, out of the kindness of his heart, offered to help us create a GoFundMe for our dog’s surgery. This man is selfless, caring, compassionate, and an all around great person. We are a o looking forward to having him capture our big day. THANK YOU JOHN
