I have previously ordered from two other vendors. One took 30 days to ship my order (and haven't yet received it), the other not only took two weeks to ship but my order wasn't fulfilled properly, let alone several emails back and forth to get a refund. I finally tried Craft Outlet and I am so addicted to this place. The selection is good and shipping is very fast and accurate considering the pandemic we are all experiencing. I have already placed 5 orders in less than 3 weeks.

The nicest people ever! Especially, Laurie. She went way above and beyond to help me find music box movements that were discontinued, and called me back. I actually got the last five they had. Their brand of customer services is unfortunately a very rare happening nowadays... I will continue to do business with them and to recommend them to others.
