I called less than a week before Valentine's. I needed a real specific bouquet for my daughter who had just lost her father the end of November unexpectedly. Every year, every holiday her father would send her a bouquet of flowers and she cried asking who would send her flowers. When I spoke to Mario he was compassionate and determined to give me what I was asking for, even though he had to order the flowers with so little time. Not only did he make the perfect bouquet, he delivered them personally. Thank you Mario, you truly helped to give my daughter something that truly touched her heart.
