Bianca was very unprepared for court. First she showed up late. Over a hour late. Then when I talked to her in private room she had liquor on her breath and looked like she was hung over. She has been in law suit with Brick Township and Point Pleasant for over billing. Google it. Do not use her. I should have did my research before I hired her. She should not be practicing law.

I have used Sangiovanni law offices twice, I have had nothing but a great experience with Bianca, very professional, knowledgeable, and on top of her game. I used Bianca in 2016 and what a mistake that was. First thing, She didnt have a secretary. Every time I would email Bianca she would not answer all the questions. With that being said I would have to send a second or third email and she would charge for those emails but she shouldnt have if she answered the questions on the first email. She has a track record of doing this and if I would have known she was in a law suite in the past with Point Pleasant and Brick township for over charging for representation I would of never used her. Google it read the articles. Also she showed up to court with liquor on her breath and very unprepared. She had a huge file in hand and when the judge was asking her questions she kept flipping and didnt know what she was looking for. Hence the booze breath, hung over, and head not in the game. This woman shouldnt even be practicing law.

I am disappointed in my decision to hire her to represent me in court. She never explained what was going to happen to me in detail and what I would be expecting.  I made a mistake and got into trouble.  I had no idea what was going to happen to me, what my options were and weren't. I had no idea I was now a FELON until I had to go back to court for incorrect paperwork.  I actually called her to ask her a few questions - she never responded back to me.  While we were at court she was too busy on Facebook and other social media.  When I went to my old attorney and he asked me who represented me - I mentioned her name and he started laughing.  I felt like a fool.  On top of it - her secretary is rude and unorganized. Don't hire her if you need your butt saved.
