      image FedEx left my package against the porch column. It's been raining all week. There's a covered porch but in their infinite wisdom they left it in the rain. Brilliant. I refused it.

      image On multiple occasions Ive had packages show as delivered & went outside to my front door to no delivery and its almost impossible to get through to customer service that I didnt receive it. The worst delivery service ever. If I could choose another carrier I would!! Fed
