This past spring I had to put my house on the market very quickly because I had an opportunity to purchase a home down the street from me that I really loved. I didnt know any realtors in the area but my friend down the street had moved in a couple months earlier and she gave me Robs information. I explained the situation to Rob that I was trying to move quickly on selling my home so I could purchase the new one and he was so kind and met with me almost immediately. My house was on the market within a couple of days and he went above and beyond to give my home as much publicity as possible so I could sell it quickly. He hired a professional photographer to come and take pictures of my home. Rob really took the time to go over every issue with me in the whole process and I was lucky enough to sell my home within a couple of weeks for more than my asking price. I was ultimately able to purchase the new home I wanted. The new home was sold By Owner and Rob was kind enough to help me navigate my way through purchasing the new home. Rob is a fantastic realtor, and you will not be disappointed!

Before doing the review of Rob Oden it is good to know the context and source of the reviewer. I am a real estate attorney for over 34 years. I have personally been involved with buying and selling homes. I have met many real estate brokers along the way. With this in mind I recommend Rob Oden without any hesitation. I urge anyone who reads this review to give Rob a call and opportunity to handle one of your most important lifetime financial matters.
Rob is courteous, professional and above all responsive. He ensures that your home is properly staged, works with the fire inspector and township, offers personal services that take him many grades above the average broker. He communicates with the other broker when issues arise and gives constructive comments on every aspect of the home sale.
How did we meet Rob? A referral of course. This was one of the best referrals ever made to my family. Rob, thank you for all you did.
