        Elliot has been doing my taxes for years. All my questions are answered in detail and Elliot updates me on any new tax laws that pertain to my return. I like being informed and I never feel rushed when talking with him. I highly recommend EMD.

        I have been a client of EMD Tax & Financial Services for over 15 years. The Owners and staff are attentive and informative, there is not a tax issue they have not resolved for me. They are there twelve months of the year, not just at tax season which gives me peace of mind. I know my business is in good hands with EMD Tax.

        I try to schedule appointment to do my taxes. Lisa(Receptionist) told me they are not doing one on one appointments; that i had to drop documents off and they will do my taxes.(I understood). I told her i had aquestion being i was a new business owner and i needed to talk to Elliot the tax guy. She told me i couldn't talk to him. I told her i was not happy about this, she then said if i don't like it i can go somewhere else. Sorry but if i can't talk to my tax guy im not doing my taxes there. I hate to write a bad review for a business but i was very upset the way Lisa treated me on the phone.. Elliot is a very nice guy, i had the opportunity to sit with him a year prior and he guiding me on how to organized myself with my new business. Very disappointed with my experience with Lisa over the phone. UPDATE: The reply to the review from the owner is not the original.(He edited). I wish I can upload a screenshot of the unedited original reply. He is now lying. In a way I’m glad it turned out this way, I wouldn’t want to do business with someone like this.
