Bud's Hut

A hidden gem. It's a combination of a bar an a restaurant. If you want to meet genuine sincere people and want excellent service, I would reccomend this to anyone. The looks on the outside does the place no justice. Bread and salad was complimentary to my 16 oz ribeye steak which was made exactly as requested (medium rare). The barkeep Terry was friendly, and very jersian with the accent and all but first and foremost hilarious. I'd visit that place any other day. I paid 35 $ for a bottled beer, a guiness on tap and 16 oz ribeye.. I feel the price was very fair.

The bartenders and waitresses is what makes this place so great. It's nice going somewhere that people care to remember your name and your drink. They always give you a smile and make you feel they are excited to see you. This place is the ultimate "Cheers...where everyone knows your name". and they have great live music and karaoke nights too!

If there were room for 0 stars or less I would have picked that 1 star is too much.the place is old,smelly and overpriced food is fair at best gross at worst.the service was good waitress was nice.after dinner I went to the bar to have 1 for the road and check out the so called entertainment.the sourpussed barmaid who's name was terry was very rude and unpleasant.the drink was OK.the band playing consisted of 2 acoustic guitars and a singer who looked like he just got done doing yardwork.they played songs that should have been done with a rock band .it really lacked feeling.I heard that the so-called entertainment here sucks and it did.so do your stomach ears and pocket book a favor and stay away from this DIVE!
