I have a few friends that live in these apartments, absolutely horrendous. They haven't fixed a damn thing specifically the huge leak in the ceiling the oven that hasn't been replaced upon move in and the heat is stuck on high, mind you the heat is off. Do not move in here you'll regret it. Oh yeah they also have been here a few months now with multiple complain and no actions.

They are terrible at fixing anything i have been trying to have five outlets fixed for the last 6 months been told countless times some on will be out and no one ever comes i also have a pluming problem not taken care of and there landry room as been down since last aguest they get nothing done they say they are going to

BEWARE!!!! I lived in this complex for 3 years and had nothing but terrible experiences. In my opinion the county or a housing organization should really thoroughly check out the shady business that goes on in the several companies that have managed this complex. Besides yearly rent increases, they rarely responded to maintenance needs, minor or major. From something like a broken window to mold growing under our carpet from the sitting water that was in the crawl space, they did not respond. The entire complex flooded after a thunderstorm last summer. We had no hot water for two weeks or heat in the month of November because of it and mold growing in random places all throughout our apartment. The laundry room did not work for months and the sidewalks were a major falling hazard. None of our closets or doors would close because of the swelling from the crawl space wetness. And the worst part, when we finally moved out, although we made several calls and sent a certified letter of us vacating, they insisted we lived there and took legal action. PLEASE, BEWARE of these aweful people!!!! DO NOT give this place a second thought.
