I hate having to give even a star. I was asking the worker what is the cash back limit he just tell me insert my card. When I did it he just end up giving me my recite, I then said I wanted cash back and what is the limit. He said he did not hear me and that I should have used debit instead not insert my chip. I told him if you was listening to me instead of talking to the lady boss in the aisle shouting and laughing he would have hear me ask him. I told him then return the item and I will rebuy them. He tell me I have to get off line an wait for a manager he can’t do returns. When I did get off line I had to wait for 6 customers to pass me an he then left and another person took over and I saw that there was a new person on the register I asked were is he going I was waiting to do a return she said she can do it she did it right away and called for the manager and she used a finger scanner an it was done, but when I asked for the guy before name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag she said to me he had to take his 15 minute brake. I swear I was going to take things a throw it at them if it wasn’t for I kid with me.
